Follett & Co provides its clients with a range of property services that stand alone or complement the efforts of other advisers to achieve a desired goal in the property and business arena. We aim to provide straightforward jargon-free advice.

We have acted for numerous Clients over the longer term secured by the results we have achieved and by the breadth of our experience.
History
Follett & Co was formed in January 1992 and we continue to represent numerous Clients dating back to our inception over twenty-five years ago.
The firm was established initially to advise a broad range of Clients on the financial implications of Business Rates and developed subsequently to provide sound, no-nonsense advice on virtually all aspects of property either directly or through our close associates.

Over the twenty five years of the Company’s existence we have represented a full A-Z of business types ranging from Airfields to Zoos across mainland England and Wales as well Members in the Inns of Court, national charities, Trade Unions, private and corporate landlords and investors.
Collaboration
We act from time to time on a consultancy basis providing complementary services to other firms of chartered surveyors that need additional support.
We also provide interim “in house” property management services to Clients as required, frequently in conjunction with property audit and due diligence in advance of third party equity investment or as cover for parental leave or recruitment periods.
Through our consultancy appointments we carry out panel commercial mortgage valuations on behalf of prime bank lenders.
